1. Determine all of the items you want to have sponsored.
2. Determine the value of each item you want sponorsored.
3. Know the cost for each item, including retail cost, overhead, etc.
4. Determine whether you want sponors for each individual item, or if you are going to group items and sponsors together.
5. Define the deal with the sponors. What will they get in return for their investment.
6. Follow-up with sponsors after the event, and possibly secure sponsorship for the next one.
